Cancellation Policy

You can either email or telephone our Online Customer Services Team on 01202 540762 . If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order).
Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods and return them to Japs and Hogs 25 Woodlands, 32 Lindsey Road, Poole, Dorset BH136BG

Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau

Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product* you have purchased at Japs and Hogs you may do so providing the item is unused and in a saleable condition within 10 days of delivery.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used.
If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Where a product is proved to be faulty, damaged or misdescribed, we will refund you the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Policy

If goods are faulty (following confirmation by the manufacturer) or misdescribed we will return any postage costs you have incured.

If you decide to return the goods for any other reason we can make a charge of up to £50 for collection.

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition and deducted from the refund given. Please be aware that where a repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We can ship world wide but will not be held responsible for any taxes or duty that may occur.

Lost/late Items In The Post: We take no responsibility at all for lost item/s during transit out side the United Kingdom. We always obtain a certificate of posting for all items posted as proof we posted the items.If we are asked to post out side the United Kingdom, Japs and Hogs take no reasonability for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS.
